Refund Policy

At Upsampler, operated by LFK Ventures, LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may receive a refund for purchases made through our Services.
Subscription Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
- Refund Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with our Services, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent subscription payment, provided you have not consumed a significant portion of your monthly credits during that billing period. Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- How to Request: Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
One-Time Credit Purchases
- No Refunds on Spent Credits: Refunds cannot be provided for any credits that have already been used or spent.
- Refunds for Unused Credits: If you have unused credits from a one-time purchase and are unhappy with our service, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected]. Requests should be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Auto-Refill Purchases: Credits purchased via auto-refill are treated the same as one-time credit purchases. Unused auto-refill credits are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the charge.
Processing Failed or Errored Jobs
If a job (upscale, generation, edit, restoration, or video generation) fails due to a system error on our end, the credits consumed by that job are automatically refunded to your account. If credits are not automatically returned, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
